Skills Developments :

 

Our aim is to equip youth and women with vocational skills to make them self-reliant. SDTU of CNI-SSI has more than 35 years of experience in equipping unemployed and marginalized youth d women for self-employment through vocational training in different courses.

 

1. Vocational Training : 17 Job-oriented courses and 19 Short term hobby courses designed for school drop outs.

 

* Entrepreneurship Development program and value based education included in syllabus. We conduct skill trainings with Government agencies also.

 

2. Mobile Training Center : Training center that move every 6 months to different slums. We do this outreach so many more youth can
participate in vocational courses.

 

3. National Institute of Open Schoo [NIOS] : CNISSI has Accreditation with NIOS for academic and vocational courses. This has enabled CNISSI to further extend its work in the field of academics, where drop out students can appear for S.S.C examination followed by which the student can join the regular college for further studies. The candidate gets 5 years of time with 9 chances to pass S.S.C examination.
